Download times depend mainly on how many documents need to be processed and the current server load.

For most requests, files are prepared and delivered within just a few minutes.
Larger exports — especially those involving long periods or multiple Stripe accounts — can take up to several hours to complete.

To keep things simple, we handle everything in the background and notify you by email as soon as your ZIP file is ready to download. No need to wait on the page — you can continue working while we prepare your documents.
